Terms and Conditions for Homestay at SaaShivNest - Experience a New kind of Home Stay at Bangalore
- No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of SaaShivNest, including the villa and common areas.
- Guests are requested to refrain from smoking indoors and on any balconies or terraces of the property.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas, if available, and guests are responsible for properly disposing of cigarette butts.
- No Pets Allowed:
- To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted within the homestay villa.
- We kindly request guests to make suitable arrangements for their pets before their stay.
- If you have any specific pet-related needs or questions, please contact us in advance, and we will do our best to assist you with suitable solutions.
- Check-in and Check-out:
- Check-in time is before 12 Noon, and check-out time is Before 11AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Quiet Hours and Respectful Behavior:
- Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for themselves and others.
- Quiet hours should be observed from 10PM to 6AM, during which noise levels should be kept to a minimum.
- Damages and Liabilities:
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the villa or its contents during their stay.
- SaaShivNest is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
- Guest Capacity:
- The villa has a maximum guest capacity of 4 Nos. for 2 BHK and 2 NOS For 1BHK.
- Additional guests beyond the specified capacity may not be accommodated without prior approval and may incur extra charges.
- Security and Access:
- Guests are provided with keys for the duration of their stay.
- Please ensure the security of the property by locking doors and windows when leaving.
- Amenities and Services:
- Details of included amenities and services can be found in your booking confirmation.
- Any additional requests for amenities or services should be communicated in advance.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Refer to the cancellation and refund policy specified in your booking confirmation.
- Compliance with Local Laws:
- Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.
By booking a homestay at SaaShivNest, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation and additional charges.
